REFUND POLICY & OTHER FINANCIAL ITEMS
BARTER
· Up to 50% of service fees may be bartered, provided it’s an item/service that is usable to Anew Natural Health or its practitioners.
· Barter cannot be applied towards goods, vitamin D testing or supplements.
REFUND POLICY
· There is no cash value on free or bonus sessions.
· There is a $25 non-refundable administrative fee for all prepaid purchases.
· There are no refunds on completed sessions.
· If sessions have been prepaid the refund schedule is as follows:
Individual Session Purchases:
o First Session with 48hrs. notice: Price paid less $25.
o First Session with less than 48hrs. notice: 50% of price paid less $25
o Subsequent Session with 48hrs. notice: Full refund
o Sessions cancelled with less than 48hrs. notice: 50% refund
Package Session Purchases:
o Package cancellation with 48hrs. notice: Package price less $75
o Package cancellation with less than 48hrs. notice: Price paid less $100
o Individual session cancellation with 48hrs. notice: Split evenly between remaining number of sessions bought (does not include free or bonus sessions).
o Sessions cancelled with less than 48hrs. notice: 50% refund
